DENTABS – The pill for the plaster separator
Even with the regular cleaning of gypsum separators, deposits in the drain pipe cannot be avoided. Between 15 and 40% of the gypsum generated during trimming does not settle in conventional gypsum collection systems and will eventually lead to pipe blockages. For over 25 years, DENTABS has been helping to prevent pipe blockages.

DENTABS
- bind plaster, quartz and phosphate-bonded embedding materials
- remove heavy metals such as chromium, nickel, copper and iron from the water
- prevent the blockage of wastewater pipes
- reduce the odor of rot
- facilitate the cleaning of the gypsum separator
- protect the environment, employees and your wallet
DENTABS are simply hung in the plaster separator with the supplied dosing basket once a week after emptying. From there, DENTABS release their active ingredient into the water. Even the finest plaster particulates are flocculated, sink to the bottom, and only clear water flows away. Emptying your plaster separator has never been this easy.

The binding of gypsum flocs using DENTABS produces clean water. In contrast to the water mixed with gypsum flocs, which quickly develops a rotten smell, the water treated with DENTABS is odorless and hygienic. DENTABS are also available in the scent ‚Fresh Cotton‘.
